Bukola understands the importance of beauty by providing unique, classy and painless hair braiding to women, children and men. She began Bukola Oriolaher hair braiding business to service a need among people across all race, culture background and ethnic groups. Her clients range from 2 to 65 years old. She has over 20 years experience in hair braiding and began hair braiding training in 2009 to impart the knowledge of hair braiding into others.
Bukola is an award-winning writer and journalist since 2000. After enduring severe agony as a victim of human trafficking for two years in the United States, Bukola authored IMPRISONED: The Travails of a Trafficked Victim to help victims of human trafficking. She gives public presentations to create awareness. She received the 2009 Change Maker Award for her courage by the Minnesota Women’s Press. She is the Producer, Imprisoned Show. The Show won Best Crew in the 2012 North Metro TV V.I.P Awards in Blaine. Her faith is pivotal to her triumphs.
